Autoship terms

Research Queens Autoship is a recurring research-supply schedule. By starting Autoship you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, Research Compliance Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Research use only

All Research Queens products, including Autoship shipments, are sold strictly for lawful laboratory research. They are not intended for human consumption, animal consumption, medical use, or any personal-use purpose. Autoship is not a dosing schedule or treatment plan.

Card on file

Autoship checkouts use card so we can keep a payment method on file. Later cycles and Ship Now charge that card automatically, including product cost, shipping, taxes, and fees. You can change the card from your account. Card details are handled by our payment processor. Research Queens does not store the full card number.

How Autoship works

You choose the products, quantity, frequency, and shipping address. We process eligible Autoship orders on that schedule unless you skip, pause, cancel, or change the order before it processes. Amounts may change if prices, shipping, taxes, discounts, or contents change.

Skip, pause, and cancel

You may skip a cycle, pause, or cancel Autoship from your account before the next order is processed. Canceling stops future cycles. It does not cancel an order that has already been charged, packed, or shipped.

Failed payments

If the card on file is declined or expired, we may retry the charge, ask you to update the card, delay the shipment, or pause Autoship. We are not responsible for delays caused by a failed payment method.
